Our Managing Director, Richard Roberts started his career in the retail motor industry with a large commercial dealership, dealing particularly with fleet and municipal sales. He joined Trident in 1987 as a management trainee. During this period he worked in all departments of the Company, finally assisting the Managing Director with a number of special projects. He was appointed to the board as Commercial Director in 1991 and Managing Director in 1996.

Richard undertook a course in Motor Industry Management and gained the Edward Garnon Bequest Award from the Institute of the Motor Industry, presented, by Prince Michael of Kent, for the best national project in 1990.

Richard lives locally and is married with two daughters.

Our Sales Manager, Colin Arthurs joined the retail motor industry in 1977 at the age of 18 as a sales executive. Colin joined Trident Honda in 2004, having worked in senior positions within the industry with a number of franchises.  One of the key reasons that Colin joined Trident, was to return to a family business where he could make a difference.

Terry has worked in the motor industry since 1970, starting as an apprentice technician and working his way through to service management. Terry joined Trident in 1991 as Service Manager, for the simple reason that he wanted to work for a Company with a strong culture of customer care.

Howard joined Trident Honda in 2003 as our Business or Finance Manager, responsible for advising customers on motor finance products.

Lee joined Trident Honda in 2007 as a Sales Executive, with much experience of Honda.  Lee also looks after our Motability customers.

David joined Trident Honda in 2001, as Sales Executive, and has built up much Honda product knowledge in his time at Trident.

Having previously worked at Trident Honda, Glenn re-joined in 2006, as a Honda Sales Executive.
